We are pleased to announce Helena Vicentini and Juliana Martins Skolimovski Gaia da Silveira as new partners of the firm in our Tax team.

Helena graduated in PUC - Campinas - Pontifícia Universidade Católica, holds a Specialization Degree in Civil Law from EPD - Escola Paulista de Direito, Tax Law from IBDT - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário, Compliance and Tax Management from FBT - Faculdade Brasileira de Tributação and ICMS from IBET - Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários. Helena has extensive experience in Tax Litigation, serving national and international clients in a wide range of industries. She has been recognized by Análise Advocacia Mulher (2021) as one of the most admired female lawyers in the Brazilian tax and public utility sector. Helena is also one of the leaders of the VPBG+ Gender Affinity Group - VPBG Diversity and Inclusion Internal Program.

Juliana graduated in USP - Universidade de São Paulo, hold a Specialization Degree in Tax Law from IBDT - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário and LL.M in International Tax Law from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien – WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Her practice includes issues related to direct taxation, assisting domestic and international transactions and sponsoring strategic tax audits and tax litigation cases. Juliana has been involved in the entire office expansion process since 2007 and Juliana is also the current President of VPBG+ VPBG Diversity and Inclusion Internal Program
